Learning Lessons, taking action: Ofsted's evaluations of serious case reviews
This report outlines pracitce issues raised by Ofsted's first year of evaluating serious case reviews. It is based on an evaluation of 50 serious case reviews carried out between 1 April 2007 and 31 March 2008.
The report also considers how the process of conducting serious case reviews could be improved.
