Schools and Children's Services: Delivering for Vulnerable Young People Conferences, Manchester 21st October 2008.

Do you want to hear about multi-agency strategies for targeted youth support, extended schools provision and improving behaviour and attendance?
The aim of the conference is to highlight best practice around effective joint working between schools and other local agencies through the implementation of the targeted youth support reforms to improve outcomes for vulnerable young people.
The events are for Headteachers, College Principals, DCSs, integrated youth support and targeted youth support leads, strategic health leads and other strategic managers providing services for vulnerable young people.
