The Team

The MSCB is made up of representatives across partner agencies and organisations as detailed below. There is a dedicated and enthusiastic team of staff who support all aspects of the boards work. These are:

Pauline is the Director of Children Services and Chairs the Safeguarding Board

Business and Performance Manager

Emma is responsible for monitoring the overall effectiveness of the board through co-ordination of subgroups, developing the business plan and managing the Policy and Performance officer and Training Officer

Multi Agency Trainer

This post holder is responsible for the development and delivery of multi agency safeguarding training.

Policy and Performance Officer

This post holder supports the business and performance manager in developing procedures for effective monitoring of the board’s work and supports development of multi agency policies and procedures.

Administrators

Sue is responsible for the administration of the multi agency training courses and provides administrative support for the Workforce Development Group's Training Sub-Group.
